JFC Real Estate Advisors takes off in 2013 at the hands of Javier Fernández Clavé, with the incorporation of a group of long track record experts, and based on the principles of sole dedication to the client, a vast knowledge of international markets, and a solid and diversified relationship with investors.
In the international sphere, JFC Real Estate Advisors is a partner at the pan European network Oppenfield, present in the UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, and Austria. JFC is also a member at the Spanish Office Association (AEO).

Fernández Clavé
Fernández Clavé
holds a PhD in Architecture, Construction and Urban Planning from the ETSAM at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), and has a broad expertise in residential, retail, industrial, equipment, urban planning, and civil engineering.
Javier enters the institutional real estate investment world in 1987 as the Investment Manager at HNA. In 1990 he is appointed Head of Asset/Investment Management at Skandia for Spain and Portugal. Then, he joins REAG (American Appraisal) as Managing Director for Spain. In 1999, he becomes Country Manager of Oppenheim/IVG for Spain and Portugal. Since 2013, he is the Founding Partner and CEO at JFC Real Estate Advisors.
He has been a member of several committees at COAM, teaching professor at MDI (Real Estate MBA) and a speaker in numerous lectures at MDI, ETSAM, COAM, MIPIM, BMP, and I.E.
He holds a Real Estate and Construction MBA (MDI) from UPM, and is a Real Estate Agent (API) by the Spanish Ministry of Public Works. He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Offices AEO, and of the Royal Spanish Assembly of Yacht Captains (RAECY).

Gómez de la Torre
is a Civil Engineer by Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESO) in Mexico, and holds a Master degree from Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), in Real Estate Business Administration (MDI). He took the course in Business Management by Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
Since 2015, works as Construction Manager with local (Mexico) construction firm, Gonbar Constructions, where he develops and oversees residential and mixed-use projects. Later, he takes on the role of Project Manager at La Perla Shopping Centre, designed by SOM Architechts and developed by Ouest in Guadalajara City. In 2023 he joins JFC Real Estate Advisors as Asset Manager.
Since 2022 he is a member of Urban Land Institute ULI, Madrid, one of the largest networks of multidisciplinary Real Estate experts worldwide.
Antonio López Giró
is an industrial engineer from ETSII at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), and he holds an MBA by ESADE. He specialises in financing and real estate valuation, and is an Expert Witness for Spanish Courts.
He is the Founding Partner at Omega M&A y Valoración, a partner and board member at Aliade Consortium and a regular collaborator at JFC Real Estate Advisors.
Prior, he was an advisor for IVG in Catalonia, Head of the East Spain division at American Appraisal and at Valuation Consulting Group, and a collaborator at KPMG consultants.
Among his more interesting contributions are his consulting work for Total Pay Up, Barcelona Harbour, Clínica Londres, Voiping and international lawyer firms such as Baker&McKenzie, Cuatrecasas, Freshfields, Garrigues, and Uria Menéndez.
Concha Fisac de Ron
is an Architect from ETSAM at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). She specialises in project design and execution, energy, viability, and risk management in the real estate market.
She is a Founding Partner at Espegel-Fisac arquitectos, where since 2002 she has developed a wide range of projects and participated in international competitions. She has projected more than 200 houses in Madrid, Oropesa, and Rome, and has been the recipient of awards in Spain, Italy, Austria, and Germany. In 2020 she founds the firm Fisac Arquitectura and continues her regular collaboration at JFC Real Estate Advisors.
Prior, she was Head of the Technical Department at Banco Santander’s valuation company, Sivasa, as well as an Expert Witness at Spanish Courts, a member of the Service of Expert Architects at the insurance company Asemas, and technical report writer in viability, risk analysis, and financing of real estate developments.
